Why Hope Forward Exists
Sometimes hope looks like something you can hold.
A handwritten note.
A bag filled with small gifts to open on difficult days.
A basket put together simply to say,
I see you. I haven’t forgotten you.
Hope Lives Now began from my own experience of walking through cancer, illness, recovery, and the long middle that comes afterward.
Along the way, I learned that practical care matters.
Not because a gift can fix what someone is facing.
It can’t.
But it can remind them that they are not walking through it alone.
That is the heart behind Hope Forward.

Thoughtfully assembled baskets for people walking through cancer or another difficult season.
Blue Bags
Small gifts opened one day at a time, offering encouragement during treatment, recovery, grief, or other hard seasons.
Practical Care Resources
Guides, printed materials, prayer cards, and other tools created to help people feel seen and supported.
Future Acts of Hope
As Hope Lives Now grows, Hope Forward may also help support additional care projects, community partnerships, and other ways of putting hope into someone's hands.
What does “10% of profits” mean?
Hope Forward is funded from profits, not total sales.
That means Hope Lives Now first covers the direct costs of creating, producing, packaging, and delivering its products and resources. From the profit that remains, 10% is designated for Hope Forward.
I believe in being clear about that, because generosity and sustainability both matter.
Hope Lives Now needs to remain healthy enough to continue creating resources, products, books, and support for the long haul.
And as the mission grows, I want the giving to grow with it.
Quiet care still counts.
Hope Forward is not about turning someone’s hard season into a marketing story.
Not every recipient will be named.
Not every act of care will be photographed.
Not every story needs to be shared.
Sometimes hope is simply a package arriving at the right time.
That counts too.
That preserves the heart without creating another essay.

They are a tangible way to help someone feel remembered through treatment, recovery, or another long stretch of hard days.
