Honest stories. Real hope.
For the rooms that need both.
Speaking
I didn't set out to be a speaker. I set out to survive cancer
— and then to survive survivorship, which turned out to be its own kind of journey nobody had prepared me for.
Somewhere in the middle of all of it, I started writing. And somewhere in the middle of writing, I realized the things I most needed to say out loud were the things other people most needed to hear.
My message isn't just for cancer patients. It's for anyone who has ever been in the middle of something hard and wondered if faith was going to hold — and for the communities, churches, and caregivers walking alongside them.
I speak from experience. Not from a distance.
"Your sharing touched a spot in my heart."

Speaking Topics
THE BIG C
For cancer communities, women's events, churches, and survivor groups.Everyone who walks into a cancer diagnosis knows what the big C stands for. This talk flips it. Because the bigger C — the one that actually gets you through — is courage. Not the absence of fear, but the decision to move anyway. This is the story of what courage actually looks like when you're sitting in an oncologist's office, when the treatment is harder than you expected, and when survivorship turns out to be its own kind of battle. Real, honest, and ultimately hopeful.
HOPE IN THE HARD SEASONS
For women's events, church communities, and retreats. What does it actually look like to choose hope when the hard thing doesn't end? This talk is honest about what hope is not — a feeling, a formula, a promise that things will get better — and what it actually is. And why that matters more in the middle than anywhere else.
THE LONG ROAD OF SURVIVORSHIP
For cancer organizations, healthcare teams, and survivor communities.Treatment ends. Survivorship doesn't. This is the part of the cancer journey nobody prepares you for — the fear at every follow-up scan, the identity questions, the body that kept score. This talk gives language to what patients carry long after the last appointment — and gives caregivers and healthcare teams a window into it too.
FAITH THAT HOLDS
For faith communities, Bible studies, and women's retreats. What happens to your faith when you run out of easy answers? When prayers don't produce the outcome you asked for, when God feels quiet, and you're left wondering if any of this is actually true? This talk is about the faith that bends under pressure — and what it looks like on the other side.
EMBRACE
For women's retreats, conferences, and workshop settings. Before you can move forward, you have to know who you are and where you're going. EMBRACE is a framework for doing exactly that — built around the questions most of us avoid asking ourselves and the answers that change everything. Explore and examine. Mark it down. Build around your mission and purpose. Ritual. Awareness. Courage. Empower. Whether delivered as a keynote or an interactive workshop, this session gives women practical tools to build a life that's actually theirs — not the one that happened to them.
"You have a gift for taking a tough subject and making it relatable."

I take speaking invitations seriously, which means I don't say yes to everything. I want to be the right fit for your audience, not just a warm body behind a microphone.
